Ian Campbell – Media Monitoring Specialist
Ian is responsible for monitoring and analysing coverage for Napier’s clients. The role has grown steadily, now reaching across almost 30 European countries and covering print and online media including websites, blogs, email newsletters and social media.
Ian generates analysis and reports that allow customers to identify clear return on investment for ongoing PR activities as well as specific events and campaigns. Although online media continues to grow, print remains important for many of our customers and Ian is also responsible for the maintenance of Napier’s library of print publications.
Prior to joining Napier in 1998, Ian spent twenty years with IBM in their Large Systems Customer Engineering division.
